Membership mechanism


1. Openness principle

The academic institute should uphold the principle of openness and welcome all kinds of professionals to join us in order to enrich the academic resources of the institute. Members can be university teachers, researchers in scientific research institutions, professional and technical personnel in enterprises and institutions, and can also be postgraduate students with certain academic achievements.

 

2. Application review system

Applicants to join the academic institute are required to submit application letter, resumes, and academic achievements documents. The secretariat of the institute will review the applicants, focusing on their academic background, research results, recognition of the institute and willingness to participate. After approval, the applicant becomes a member.

 

3. Recommendation system

The academic institute may implement a recommendation system to encourage existing members to recommend outstanding peers to join us. The recommenders shall fully affirm the academic integrity of the referrals and be responsible for the authenticity of the materials submitted by the referrals. The number of referrals shall not exceed 25% of total membership.


4. Recruit regularly

The academic institute shall regularly carry out membership recruitment activities quarterly, and widely publicize the development aims and plans of the institute. Recruitment activities can be combined online and offline to improve the effectiveness of recruitment. During the recruitment process, attention should be paid to protecting the privacy of applicants and strict compliance with the confidentiality regulations of the institute.

Member management mechanism


1. Information management

The Secretariat of the institute is responsible for the collection, sorting and updating of member information to ensure the accuracy and completeness of member information. At the same time,  the academic achievements of members, participation in activities will be recored.

 

2. Training and exchange

The academic institute shall organize regular training and exchange activities to improve the academic quality and scientific research ability of its members. The training includes webinars, academic ethics, research methods, and thesis writing, etc. At the same time, members are encouraged to participate in academic conferences at home and abroad to broaden their academic horizons.

 

3. Assessment and evaluation

The secretariat of the institute conducts regular assessments of members to evaluate their academic achievements, participation in activities and performance of duties. The assessment results shall be the basis for promotion, recognition and reward of members. For members who have not participated in the activities of the institute for a long time and have less academic achievements, the institute may remind or cancel the membership.

 

4. Incentive mechanism

The academic institute shall establish various awards to recognize members who have made outstanding achievements in research, teaching and service. At the same time, a member promotion system to encourage members to constantly improve their academic level will be established. The incentive system should be fair, just and transparent to ensure that every member has the opportunity to be recognized and promoted.

 

5. Management of contributions

The institute shall formulate reasonable membership fee standards and use methods to ensure that the membership fee is used for the normal operation and career development of the institute. The income and expenditure of membership dues shall be publicized to members on a regular basis and subject to the supervision of members. The institute has the right to take corresponding measures to deal with members who are in arrears. Note: we charge no membership fee before Dec. 31, 2024.

 

6. Exit and delisting mechanism

Members who wish to withdraw from the institute shall notify the Secretariat via writing notice in advance. The institute respects the choice of members and handles the withdrawal procedures for them. The institute has the right to remove members who violate the articles of institute and damage the reputation of the institute. The delisting decision is subject to review and approval by the Council of the institute.

 

Through the above membership and management mechanism, the academic institute can continue to expand its own strength, and improve the level of research and influence. At the same time, the institute aims to provide members with a good academic atmosphere and development platform.
